1.Eat a healthy diet
Eating a diet rich in protein and vital vitamins and minerals is an essential prerequisite to healthy hair growth. Opt for foods high in vitamins A, B, C, and E, iron, zinc, copper, magnesium, and selenium. Vitamin B-complex, in particular, is extremely important for making your hair grow faster.
2. Use castor oil
Being rich in vitamin E and essential fatty acids, especially omega-9 fatty acids, castor oil promotes hair growth naturally.
3. Massage your scalp daily
Massaging promotes blood flow to the scalp, which in turn stimulates the hair follicles. In addition, deep condition your hair once a week with a hot oil treatment or deep conditioning hair mask.
4. Rotate the placement of your ponytail.
If you pull your hair back daily, do not place your ponytail in the same spot each day. This can wear down the strands, slowing the growth of your hair. Pull your hair back in a slightly different spot each day.
5. Remember that it can’t grow overnight.
Unless your scalp unleashes new strands like a Chia Pet, gaining new length is going to take time.
6. Ironically, scissors are your friend!
Although getting regular trims to snip splits won’t make your hair actually grow faster, it will keep tips looking healthy and prevent splits from working their way up strands, requiring you to chop hair off more often.
7. Use conditioner every time you shampoo.
Conditioner helps replace the lipids and proteins inside the hair shaft, as well as seal the cuticle to help prevent more damage from happening so that you can get your hair to grow longer and look healthier.

Hi Queen am Linda I’m now transitioning from perm to natural hair please what product will be good for me and what should I do to get a good looking healthy hair and to grow my hair fast
Hey Linda! Well You should have a basic regimen that will help you to use basic products!
Here is a good way to start: https://theblessedqueens.com/natural-hair-regimen/
Hey Queen! I was wondering how to stretch my hair out into a natural style. How do I do it? Also, I will be taking out my braids in a few weeks. What do I do with my hair! Tell me any suggestions or styles you recommend for me!
Sincerely, tiny queen Maya!
Hey my dear Maya!
Well I love stretching my hair by first washing in sections, then twist each section (maybe 6 in total if you have medium hair length),
then let it dry with a t-shirt wrapped on your head (better bet at home for that lol),
Next remove, apply leave-in conditioner, styler of your choice, seal the moisture in and I will braid my hair into those 6 sections,
Next day it will be lightly stretched, remove the braids, softly detangle with your hands, rebraid,
next day will look even more stretched…!
There are still other options,,, it depends on your time !!!
