Before we dive into different natural hair growth remedies for black hair let’s get the basics right.

Your hair health plays an important role when it comes to hair growth.

If you’ve gone through conditions like hair fall, damage, dandruff you will know that they are a few of the common hair problems faced daily by women like you.

Let’s understand a bit more about your hair cycle of growth and how it can affect your growth process.

Hair Growth Cycle:

The Anagen stage – This is a phase when the growth in hair is actually seen. The follicle divides and contributes to the lengthening.
The Catagen stage – This is a transitional phase where the hair growth stops and the shaft of the hair is pushed up closer to the surface as the follicle shrinks.
The Telogen phase – This is the resting phase which lasts for about 2-4 months, after this your hair sheds on its own accord.

Our hair growth starts slowing down due to the hormonal imbalances, improper diet, and excessive stress during the middle age, around 30 years or more.

There are many remedies from nature so let’s get into them!

1. Onion Juice:
