‘You don’t need hair supplements if your diet is rich and comprehensive,’ adds Mr. D’Souza. ‘However, if you find it difficult to consume all of the aforementioned, it may be worthwhile to try one that is high in zinc and iron.’
Don’t wear your hair up all of the time.
Mr. D’Souza notes that tight hairstyles might cause damage to the damaged hair. Let’s pretend you have a topknot that you bang up every day.
