Take a clean, empty spray bottle. 1 Table Spoon Coconut Oil, Melted Add a few drops of vitamin E oil to the mix. Add a drop of Tea Tree Oil to the bottle as well. Add one table spoon of castor oil to the oil mixture. Apply a firm grip on the lip.

Now shake the bottle to ensure that all of the oils are evenly distributed. Invert your head and lie down on a bed. Massage your scalp for around 4 minutes, being sure to massage all sections of it, particularly the corners and bottom portion. Now, thoroughly massage this oil into your scalp and hair roots.

For two to three minutes, massage your scalp deeply. Make sure it’s been properly absorbed by the scalp by leaving it in the hair for at least an hour, if not the entire night. The longer it remains in, the better the outcomes will be.

If you use this oil every day, your hair will grow 3 to 5 inches in a week. You can use it anytime you wash your hair if you wash it every two to three days. The necessary ingredients are readily available on the market.

For best results, use only pure oils. Do not skip the portion where you flip your head and massage your scalp since it increases blood supply to the hair roots, causing them to grow faster.

Increase Your Protein Consumption

In addition to exterior care, interior care is required to promote hair development.

As a result, eat plenty of protein-rich foods to ensure that your hair follicles acquire the nutrients they need to create hair.

Foods abundant in protein, such as milk, almonds, and meat, can not only lengthen your hair but will also maintain it healthy and resistant to damage.

Take a week off from using hair heating tools!

Hair dryers, straighteners, and curlers can all help to make your hair seem better. However, if you use these tools too often, the heat will make your hair brittle, causing it to break and fall out more quickly.

So, if you want to grow your hair quickly in a week, simply put down your hair heating instruments for a while. Instead, you can just use a towel to dry it naturally.

When you’re in a hurry, however, you can use a blow dryer, straightener, or curling iron at a low temperature. Don’t forget to utilize hair vitamins to keep your hair moisturized.

Massage your scalp on a regular basis.

The next piece of advice is to massage your head at least three to five times this week. This is done to stimulate hair development by massaging the scalp. This will aid to enhance blood circulation to the scalp, which will speed up the hair development process.

It is preferable to massage your scalp while you are in the shower. Massage the scalp gently for 3-5 minutes after shampooing.

Massaging the scalp not only improves blood circulation, but it also cleans the dirt on the scalp, which promotes the growth of fungus like dandruff.

Try some Air purifier

Using conditioner after shampooing might help extend your hair quickly.

Conditioners can keep hair hydrated and prevent damage such as dry, brittle, and dull hair in addition to promoting hair development.

As a result, use conditioner after shampooing on a regular basis. If you do this on a regular basis, your hair will grow in a week!

For a week, don’t use any hair dye chemicals!

Do you routinely alter your hair color? You should not colour your hair if you wish to accelerate hair development.

It contains chemicals that might harm the scalp and prevent hair growth. Reduce your exposure to hair dye chemicals if you desire natural long hair soon.

Shorten Your Swimming Time

The second step in naturally lengthening hair is to avoid swimming as much as possible. The chlorine in swimming pool water can harm it, slowing down hair development even further.

If you find it tough to give up your swimming passion, you can wear a hair cap while swimming. This is to keep your hair from being exposed to chlorine directly.

After swimming, quickly rinse your hair with shampoo and conditioner, and don’t forget to use conditioner to keep your hair moisturized.

Apply Green Tea on the Scalp of Your Hair

Green tea is a natural component that can help you grow your hair faster. Green tea’s high antioxidant content can help to increase blood flow to the skin, which can help to promote faster hair growth.

Steps:

  1. Green tea should be brewed first, then applied evenly to the scalp.
  2. Wrap your hair in a towel and leave it for 20-30 minutes to dry.
  3. Rinse the dish well.

You can enjoy the advantages of green tea right away by drinking it instead of smearing it on your scalp.

Apply Coconut Milk to the Scalp of Your Hair

Coconut milk, it turns out, can also be used to lengthen hair, according to study.

You may prove it to yourself by using coconut milk to treat your hair at least three times a week. Regular usage of coconut milk to treat hair can smooth and soften hair in addition to extending it quickly.

Steps:

  1. Apply thick coconut milk to the scalp.
  2. Wrap in a warm cloth.
  3. Allow for 15-20 minutes of resting time.

After that, rinse it with cold water and you’ll notice a difference in the softness of your hair!

Try Aloe Vera Gel

Aloe vera’s ability to nourish hair is no longer a question. Aloe vera has long been used to lengthen hair in a variety of methods.

It’s no surprise that many hair care product producers use this plant as a starting point for their creations.

However, if you want to get the most out of aloe vera, you should use it directly rather than utilizing hair care products that contain it.

Steps:

  1. Remove the gel from the aloe vera leaf.
  2. The gel should be applied to your scalp and hair.
  3. Allow to sit for 20-30 minutes before rinsing with cool water.

Add a few drops of honey to the aloe vera gel before applying it to the scalp for best effects.

Hazelnut with Olive Oil

Hair growth can be accelerated with the use of olive and hazelnut oils. Apart from washing your hair, you might use olive oil or hazelnut oil to massage your scalp immediately before going to bed.

Simply apply 5 drops of olive or hazelnut oil to the scalp and gently massage for 5-10 minutes. Allow it to sit overnight before rinsing in the shower the next morning.

Olive and hazelnut oils help soften dry, dull hair and make it look shinier in addition to nourishing it.

Apply Red Onion Juice on Your Scalp No. 11

For a long time, red onion juice has been used to naturally extend hair.

Onions’ high sulfur content is the key to naturally developing hair.

Simply follow the procedures below to apply:

  1. 1 handful shallots, peeled and washed
  2. Grate and squeeze the red onion to release the liquid.
  3. Apply the red onion juice to the skin evenly and let it sit for a few minutes.

Then, as normal, rinse and wash with shampoo. If you follow this routine on a daily basis, you can achieve naturally long and thick hair.

Get to bed earlier

Getting enough of rest and limiting your late nights will help you grow your hair faster.

This is because the body regenerates new cells when sleeping. The automatic regeneration of hair cells is disrupted if you don’t get enough sleep. It not only helps to naturally extend your hair, but it is also beneficial to your overall health.

Egg White Mask for Long Hair That Grows Quickly

Egg whites are the next natural technique to lengthen hair. Egg whites are high in nutrients that promote hair development.

This natural component can be used as a hair mask to quickly extend your hair.

Simply combine egg whites and olive oil in a bowl and massage into your hair and scalp. Allow for a few minutes for the nutrients to soak completely before thoroughly rinsing your hair.

Why not oils! Oils! Oils!

My mother used to put oil in my hair once a week when I was a kid. So when my hair started to come out, the first thing I did was mix my own oil combination.

If you want to know how to grow hair quickly, you should start putting oils in your hair.

What Are the Best Oils to Use for Hair Growth?

There are a lot of hair oils on the market, and deciding which one to use and for what might be difficult.

These oils (which I used to grow nearly five inches of hair in just two months!) are recommended if you want your hair to grow quickly:

  • Rosemary Essential Oil
  • Oil of Peppermint
  • Castor Oil is a type of vegetable oil that comes from
  • Jojoba Oil is a type of vegetable oil that is used to
  • Marula Oil is a type of oil that comes from the mar
  • Argan Oil is a type of argan oil that is
  • Olive Oil (Almond)
  • Seed Oil of Neem
  • Grapeseed Oil (Black)
  • Oil of Jasmine
  • Avocado Oil

These were the precise oils I used on my hair, and I believe they were the most effective of all the things I tried to make my hair grow faster.

If you’ve never used oil in your hair before, applying so much may seem excessive. So, if you’re unsure about which oils to use as a beginning, I strongly suggest castor oil.

Look for an oil that is as pure as possible – the less additives, the better! Rather than serums, look for natural oils. Serums containing these oils frequently contain a number of additional compounds, and it’s better to be safe than sorry if you’re going to put something on your scalp.

What Is the Best Way to Put Oil in Your Hair?

Oils are fantastic for your hair, but if you want to get the most out of them, make sure you use them correctly.

  1. Place all of the oils indicated above, or the oils you want to use, in a bottle and shake vigorously to ensure that all of the oils are thoroughly blended.
  2. The scalp and the ends of your hair are the two most significant places to apply oil to. But if there’s one area of your hair that you really must oil, it’s your scalp.
  3. Massage the oil into your scalp in circular motions for around 5 minutes (if you can do it for longer, that’s even better!) when oiling your scalp. My arms, on the other hand, normally grow fatigued after five minutes). It’s been proven that massaging your scalp promotes hair development and thickens the hair that does grow.
  4. Rub the oil in the palms of your hands and coat the ends of your hair completely.
  5. Make sure you massage the oil all over your head. Pay special attention to any sections of your hair that are becoming particularly thin. But, in general, travel from the front to the rear of your head.

You can leave this oil mixture in your hair for as long as you want, but at least 30 minutes is recommended. Many people apply oils to their hair the night before they wash it, but I don’t have the patience for that. I used to leave this oil mixture in my hair for 3-4 hours before washing it to help my hair grow.

Get a Hair Cut

Trimming your hair on a regular basis is critical for hair development. After I cut my hair, I always notice a lot of growth. And I know a lot of people despise this suggestion because they assume it means they’ll have to cut inches off their hair to obtain inches, but this isn’t the case.

When it comes to hair growth, how much hair should you trim?

To notice rapid hair growth, all you have to do is trim your hair. So, if your hair is already healthy, don’t chop off one inch, but rather a centimeter or even less.

I’ve been trying to keep my hair as healthy as possible, so I only cut the slightest amount – perhaps less than a centimeter – when I trim it.

However, if your hair is particularly unhealthy and has a lot of split ends, you’ll need to cut it off even more. If your hair has split ends, make sure you chop them all off!

When it comes to hair growth, how often should you trim it?

Although this isn’t a particularly specific response, I would suggest whenever you need to! I’ve been trimming my hair every two weeks or so, and in two months, I’ve grown 5 inches of hair!

If you’re looking for a broad answer, I’d suggest three months at the very least. However, if you use a lot of heat or have split ends, you should trim your hair more frequently.

Don’t Blow Dry Your Hair!

I’ve seen a lot of blogs and beauty influencers talk about all of the tips and methods they have for growing your hair fast, but no one seems to mention this – which I think is a crucial advice.

Most people believe that if you want to grow your hair quickly, you should avoid using heat, but isn’t it a little unrealistic? I don’t know about you, but my hair is wild and uncontrollable, therefore I use my straightener frequently. I’m sure I’m not the only one that feels this way.

Even if you use heat on your hair, the one heat product I would strongly advise you to avoid is your hairdryer. It’s fine if you only use the hairdryer to dry your hair, but if you blowdry your hair after you’ve washed it, you’re causing a lot of damage to your hair.

What Are the Consequences of Blowdrying Your Hair?

When you use a brush to blow dry your hair, you are yanking on it. This can result in a lot of breakage, which will cause your hair to fall out before it has a chance to grow.

Consider this: when you blow dry your hair, you wrap it around the brush and pull it tight, right? You use a lot more force than you realize when you pull your hair. Then there’s the heat from the hair dryer to add to the mix. This can damage your hair, and it’s possible that it’s one of the reasons you have so many flyaways.

So, if you want your hair to grow significantly faster, I strongly advise you to avoid blowdrying. Instead, let your hair air dry or, if you must use a hairdryer, don’t use a brush to blow-dry your hair. This manner, you can dry your hair rapidly while avoiding yanking and pulling. Of course, the ideal option would be to avoid using any heat on your hair at all, but for many individuals, this is unrealistic.

Pay Attention to Your Scalp

Scalp care is seriously underappreciated! If you want your hair to grow long and strong, you must take care of your scalp.

Because your hair grows out of your scalp, if you don’t treat it with the same care as the rest of your hair, it won’t be able to grow as healthy as it may be in the first place.

How to Look After Your Scalp

The following are the most beneficial things you can do for your scalp:

Massage your hair and scalp. I have mentioned how to incorporate oils into your massage, but you should also massage your scalp in general. Massaging your hair is crucial because it promotes hair growth by getting your circulation flowing. Massage it for a couple of minutes every night for optimal hair development.
Brush your hair and exfoliate your scalp. Exfoliating your scalp is extremely important, and I’m surprised that so many people are unaware of it! This will increase cell turnover and encourage hair growth, which is essential if you want your hair to grow quickly.

Scalp Exfoliation

Scalp Exfoliation is a method of removing dead skin cells from the scalp.

Exfoliating your scalp can be done in two ways. You can use scrubs or an exfoliating brush to exfoliate your skin. Here are some possibilities for both!

 Scalp Dermarolling

This is a contentious topic, so I would advise you to get medical advice before proceeding.

A derma roller is a compact hand-held equipment with hundreds of tiny needles that can be used to make minute punctures in the skin. There has been a lot of scientific evidence that derma rolling aids hair development. Derma rolling has shown to be so effective for hair growth that several scientists recommend it!

What Is Derma Rolling and How Do I Do It?

If your doctor thinks it’s okay for you to derma roll your scalp, here’s how you should go about it.

Check to see if your derma roller is clean and sanitized. Because you’ll be putting this tool on your scalp and it’ll cause little punctures, make sure it’s clean and sanitary.
I would recommend starting with a 0.5 mm derma roller for beginners. The needles are substantially smaller in this size of roller, making it ideal for someone who is just getting started with derma rolling.
When derma rolling your hair, roll it in four directions: vertically, horizontally, diagonally in both left and right directions, and finally vertically, horizontally, and diagonally in both left and right directions. In each direction, roll 10 times.
When derma rolling, don’t use large chunks of hair because your hair will get trapped in the roller and rip. Use quick, fast motions and be careful.
After derma rolling your scalp, apply your preferred hair oil or serum and leave it on for 30 minutes to an hour before shampooing your hair. Use the hair oil mixture indicated in the first section – I do it, and you know how long my hair has grown!
Make care to clean your roller once you’ve finished derma rolling. Make sure it’s completely disinfected by soaking it in acetone/rubbing alcohol for a few minutes.

Remember to take your vitamins

We aren’t getting all of our vitamins, which is why our hair may be unhealthy or not grow as long as we think it should.

Many women suffer from iron deficiency, which may be influencing the length of their hair. Many of the vitamins we need on a daily basis but aren’t receiving enough of will show up in our hair.

If your hair is brittle, not growing, or otherwise unhealthy, you should see a doctor right away since you may not be getting enough vitamins.

Vitamins that Promote Hair Growth

If you want to grow your hair quickly, here are some of the greatest vitamins for hair you should try. Always seek medical advice!

  • B-Vitamins (Biotin is the most well-known!) Vitamin A: If you’re using Biotin, you should be cautious because excessive amounts can cause acne.
  • Vitamin C is a powerful antioxidant.
  • Vitamin D is an important nutrient.
  • Vitamin E is a powerful antioxidant.
  • Iron\Zinc

Conclusion

As you can see, there is no need to use any chemicals to grow your hair in a week. In reality, you can grow hair quickly merely by applying natural materials!
