Never wash your hair with hot water since it might strip your hair of its natural oils, leaving it dry and dull.


If you have an oily scalp, you should wash your hair frequently to prevent sebum build-up on your scalp, which will make your hair look greasy. You don’t have to wash your hair every day, but you should base your hair washing schedule on how oily your hair feels and appears.

People with regular hair and scalp can wash their hair as often as they choose. You can shampoo your hair every two weeks or as needed.
