You might have the following haircare objectives:

Efficacy and radiance
Body, texture, and volume
hydration, power, and repair
color persistence
Definition of a wave and a curl
overall good hair health
It’s time to create your program while keeping your hair issues and objectives in mind.

STEPS IN A ROUTINE OF HAIR CARE FOR HEALTHY HAIR

The following essential stages are included in every basic haircare regimen: cleaning, conditioning, moisturizing, detangling, styling, and treatment. Your hair type, lifestyle, and tastes will determine how frequently you should perform these processes. Let’s go over the fundamentals:

FIRST STEP: CLEAN

Cleaning is always the first step in any hair care regimen. Your hair benefits from a cleansing just like your skin does every night, though it may not be necessary every day depending on how dry your hair and scalp are and how many products you use that can lead to buildup.

By eliminating any products, grease, debris, and dead skin cells that may have accumulated in your hair and scalp, washing your hair will leave them feeling clean.

Cleaning advice:

Choose a mild, sulfate-free moisturizing shampoo instead, as it will be better for the long-term health of your hair and scalp. This is why.
Instead of using your fingernails, build a lather on your scalp using your fingertips.
Avoid over-washing your hair as this might deplete it of its natural oils and upset the microbiota on your scalp. It is suggested that you use a moisturizing shampoo to wash your hair every three to four days.
Because hot water might harm your hair, just wash and rinse with lukewarm or cold water. cleaning procedures

Step 2: Maintain and nourish

Conditioning is the next crucial step in your washing process. Conditioning your hair provides moisture, seals the cuticles, and aids in detangling. It restores whatever moisture your shampoo may have taken away and aids in detangling any tangles or knots that may have formed as a result of kneading your shampoo into your hair and scalp.

Tips for conditioning

After shampooing, condition the hair. Apply to the lengths of your hair, squeeze out any excess water, and let in for one to two minutes before rinsing with lukewarm water.
After applying conditioner, carefully comb through your hair with a wide-toothed comb to distribute the product.
Choose a lightweight conditioner that won’t weigh down your hair, like our Honey Infused Conditioner, which is silicone-free.

STEP 3: DETANGLE

Your hair will become less tangled and less likely to break if there are no knots. A leave-in conditioner, such as our Honey Infused Leave-In Conditioner, is one product that can make detangling easier. Your hair will become smoother as a result, making it easier to comb or brush out tangles. Before detangling, you can also use a hair oil or serum.

You can use the Honey Infused Leave-In Conditioner on towel-dried or dry hair. From an arm’s length away, mist the product onto your hair, working it through the midlengths to the ends to distribute it evenly.

Tips for untangling:

Starting in the shower is detangling! Use your fingertips to gently comb through the lengths of your hair after applying conditioner to get rid of any large knots.
Always begin combing or brushing your hair from the bottom and work your way up to the roots.

PROTECT, PRIME & STYLE (STEP 4)

Before utilizing heated products like a blow dryer, curling iron, or straightener, always prepare your hair. In addition to preventing breakage, this will improve styling outcomes and guarantee that your hairstyle will last.

To get your hair ready for style, use a light styling primer, such as the Propolis Infused Polishing Primer. In addition to reducing drying time, improving hair texture, and guaranteeing the best workable hold when using heated style products, it also helps prevent frizz.

Utilizing a heat protectant, which shields your hair from heat damage brought on by blow-drying, styling tools, and the sun, is the next crucial step in your style procedure. Gisou Propolis Infused Heat Protecting Spray is a UV-filter to guard against sun damage and shields hair from heat up to 230°C/446°F. Before using any heat tools or exposing hair to UV rays, divide hair into sections and spray dry or damp hair evenly from an arm’s length away.

Protective, priming, and styling advice:

On wet or damp hair, never use heated styling products like a straightener or curling iron. Before using heat on your hair after using a heat protectant, let it air dry for a few minutes.
Apply a pea-sized amount of primer; a little goes a long way!
Consider using a texture spray as the final step in your style procedure if you want to further improve the texture of your hair after styling.

MOISTURIZE in Step 5.

You might want to re-moisturize your hair after styling it or allowing it to air dry. Your hair may benefit from an increase in hydration even on days when you don’t wash it. This is where hair oil, our go-to multitasker, comes in! Oils are also excellent in reducing frizz and avoiding dryness in hair.

Our Honey Infused Hair Oil contains Mirsalehi Honey, which aids in drawing in and holding onto moisture. Your hair will get softer, stronger, and healthier overall with continued use. It can be used on damp or dry hair, in the morning or right before night.

Moisture advice: Use little while applying hair oil. For thin hair, 1-2 drops are advised, for medium hair, 2-3 drops, and for thick hair, 3-4 drops.

Warm up the hair oil between your palms and fingertips before using it on your hair. Apply the product next by combing it with your fingers to ensure a uniform distribution.

To give your hair the much-needed hydration boost between washes, you can also apply a leave-in conditioner.

STEP 6: THERAPY

You can add one of three treatments—a mask treatment, an oil treatment, or a scalp treatment—to your weekly regimen to give your hair extra TLC. Regular hair treatments will enhance the overall look and condition of your hair while addressing particular hair issues including damage, dryness, and an oily, flaky, or dry scalp.

Mask Application: From the mid-lengths to the ends of damp or dry hair, generously apply the Honey Infused Hair Mask. After 5-7 minutes, thoroughly rinse with cool water.

Apply from the mid-lengths to the ends of damp or dry hair for a more nourishing treatment. After leaving in overnight, wash your hair the following morning. For optimal repair and restoration, repeat twice each week.

Scalp Treatment: From the hairline to the crown, apply a tiny amount of scalp treatment directly to the scalp in 1″ (3 cm) sections. To evenly distribute and promote absorption of the active ingredients, gently massage in with your hands for five minutes. Keep going all night. Never rinse.

Simply wash your hair if you encounter residue or oiliness in the morning. Use twice a week to combat persistent discomfort. Once scalp concerns have subsided, switch to a weekly application. To avoid irritation, itching, flaking, and to improve the general health of your hair, use twice a month.

Oil Treatment: Divide your hair into two pieces, then fully coat each section with one full syringe of the honey-infused hair oil. Braid hair and let it sit overnight or for a few hours to soak. Give hair a light rinse or cleanse if the product isn’t thoroughly absorbed.

Here are some additional suggestions for things you may do to improve the health of your hair in addition to your daily routine:

Remember to use warm or, better yet, cold water to wash and rinse your hair. Hot water hair washing can dry out the scalp and remove natural oils from the hair, which can cause breakage and dryness.
regular haircuts: Get a haircut every 6 to 8 weeks to prevent split ends and breakage.
Evaluate your diet: Eating the appropriate nutrients can also help your hair from the inside out. The health and growth of your scalp and hair will be supported by a diet high in critical nutrients, such as protein, omega-3 fatty acids, vitamin A, B12, C, and E, vitamin D, and zinc.
Regularly massaging your scalp will help to improve blood flow and revitalize your roots. Give your scalp a nutritional boost by combining with a scalp treatment. This will be particularly helpful if you have a dry scalp.
Limit your use of heat tools because, as we all know, they can harm your hair regardless of how much heat protectant you apply. Choose a heated styling tool with a range of temperature settings if you do decide to use them so you may style your hair at lesser temps.
