9 Incredible Hair Steaming Ingredients For a Amazing Hair day!

1. Coconut Oil, Shea Butter and Avocado

First in our Hair Steaming Ingredients list is Coconut oil! It Coconut oil contains polyunsaturated fatty acids and essential compounds that penetrate the hair shaft providing the deepest hydration.

Once or twice a month massage your scalp using coconut oil for about 5 – 10 minutes using your finger tips to increase blood circulation and finish off by steaming your hair for soft, shiny and healthy hair.

Next up is Shea butter. Shea butter offers lots of benefits for beautiful hair. It is readily absorbed into the scalp. It can be used as massage oil for the scalp.

On oily scalp, it helps reduce excessive oil production by the skin glands. It can moisturize dry scalp and reduce flaking due to dryness.

A great advantage of Shea butter is that it doesn’t leave the hair greasy.

Another amazing addition to our Hair Steaming Ingredients list is Avocado. Avocado oil helps rejuvenate and moisturize the scalp. A rich source of proteins, amino acids and vitamins, avocado helps soothe the scalp and promotes long, strong, healthy hair growth.

2. Egg Whites, Olive Oil and Vinegar

When it comes to eggs i’m very careful because they can end up being a mess of their own!

If you have normal hair, use the entire egg to condition hair.  For oily hair use egg whites; If your hair feels so so dry then use egg yolks only!

Olive oil is a natural way to add back some of the essential oils that our scalp produces and that are often striped away when washing with harsh shampoos and using other chemicals.

Start by applying the Olive oil directly to your scalp, gentle do a scalp massage and then leaving it on between 20 to 30 minutes (under a steamer) or even overnight.

Vinegar will help your hair get rid of any build up that has occurred since we all use hair products and just going about your day can end you with lot’s of dust and so on build up on your hair.

When your hair is clean it absorbs better the ingredients that’s placed on the hair strands.
So if you notice lots of build up then try using White vinegar to clean it all up!
